“Respect Workshop”

The workshop analyzes the subject of respect in a way that enables participants of the workshop to acquire vital tools for improving the dialogue between a commander and his subordinates, and all this through examples and stories taken from the world of substance that prevails within the framework of the Army. The second part of the workshop presents the participants with dilemmas from daily Army life.

The objective of the Respect Workshop is to provide commanders and officers with tools derived from the value of respect, such as:

  • Conveying and intensifying command.
  • Identifying a soldier’s relative advantage.
  • Motivating soldiers with respect.
  • Identifying soldiers’ difficulties.
  • We have chosen to create innovative and unique standards through an understanding that this is Beit Kobi’s added value. Beit Kobi enables commanders to internalize the standards conveyed in the workshop in the best way possible owing to the place and its significance.
